Module 2

Pre & During Training Nutrition
Module 2 provides athletes the education they need to make decisions behind what they eat before and during training to best optimize their performance and minimize the risk of GI distress before an event/competition.


Module 3

Post Training Nutrition (Recovery)
Module 3 outlines what, when, and how much an athlete should eat after training to optimize recovery and performance. You'll learn how to time nutrients effectively, build balanced recovery meals, and have actionable tools to enhance recovery, reduce injury risk, and support consistent performance.

Hydration

Module 4 outlines the importance of hydration status for performance.  In this module we cover fluid balance, how to maintain hydration status, environmental influences on hydration, rehydrating after events, and so much more.

Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports (RED-S)

Module 6 provides a comprehensive overview of how low energy availability impacts health and performance. This course explores the physiological effects of RED-S on metabolism, bone health, menstrual function, immunity, and overall performance.
