Recovery nutrition plays an essential role in aiding adaption to training, and preparation for subsequent events.  In this module, exercise physiologists will gain knowledge on the 3 stages of recovery, the 4 R's to recovery, and the 5 goals of recovery.  The factors outlined in this module will aid exercise physiologists in gaining a true understanding of the recovery stage of the nutrition strategy.
